These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Emission Supply with respect to the Services, superceding any prior agreements between you and Emission Supply. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Georgia without regard to conflicts of law provisions. If you use the Services from locations outside the U.S. you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. Use of the Services is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. Emission Supply Service Terms & Conditions
Return Policy
Product purchases with the exception of electrical equipment made through www.emissionsupply.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund so long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Emission Supply cannot accept returns of any kind after 30 days from date of purchase.
Electrical equipment shall include and not be limited to tach leads, non-contact leads, pickups, handheld scanners, and gas cap pump testers.
